2) Student Tuition Recovery Fund and Complaint Process:
California law requires that, upon enrollment, a fee be assessed in
relation to the cost of tuition. These fees support the Student
Tuition Recovery Fund (STRF), a special fund established by the
California Legislature to reimburse students who might otherwise
experience a financial loss as a result of untimely school closure.
Students may be reimbursed by STRF only for prepaid but unused
tuition moneys. Institutional participation is mandatory.
Our education programs are NOT subject to Student Recovery Tuition
Fund (STRF).
Any questions or problems concerning this school that have not been
satisfactorily answered or resolved by the school should be directed
to the Department of Consumer Affairs, Bureau for Private
Postsecondary and Vocational Education, 400 R Street, Suite 5000,
Sacramento, CA 95814, (916) 445-3427.
3) This agreement is a legally binding instrument when signed
by the student and accepted by the school. Your signature on this
agreement acknowledges that you have been given reasonable time to
read and understand it and that you have been given: (a) a written
statement of the refund policy including examples of how it applies
and (b) a brochure including a description of the course or
educational service including all material facts concerning the
school and the program or course of instruction which are likely to
affect your decision to enroll. Immediately upon signing this
agreement, you will be given a copy of it to retain.
4) Disclosure:
We are registered with the State of California. Registration means
we have met certain minimum standards imposed by the state for
registered schools on the basis our written application to the
state. Registration does not mean we have met ALL of the more
extensive standards required by the state for schools that are
approved to operate or licensed or that the state has verified the
information we submitted with our registration form.”

7) Upon your successful completion of the course, you will
receive a certificate of completion within 5 business days.
8) All correspondence courses must be completed no less than
18 days and no longer than 9 months. Otherwise, students need to
complete 45 class hours if this is a classroom course.

10) The refund policy: Pursuant to CEC §94822: All students,
without penalty or obligation, shall get refund 100% of the amount
paid for tuition less $100 application fee, if notice of
cancellation is made prior to or on the first day of instruction.
Any notification of withdrawal or cancellation and any request for a
refund is required to be made in writing. If the first lesson is a
home study or correspondence course and the materials is sent to the
student by mail, this school will send it by first-class mail,
postage prepaid, documented by a certificate of mailing, and the
student will have the right to cancel until midnight of the eight
business day after the first lesson was mailed.
Examples: A student registered for three courses and paid $450 upon
signing off this agreement. This student decided to cancelled this
agreement prior to or on his/her first class began. Then this
student will get refund $350 (i.e. $450 total tuition deduct $100
application fee.)
